Professional Meth Lab and Drug Cleanup Services
Meth lab contamination is a serious health hazard that demands certified professional removal. PureOne Services delivers complete decontamination, independent lab verification, and full clearance documentation so your property is safe, compliant, and ready for occupancy.
Certified Meth Lab, Fentanyl and Illegal Drug Operation Cleanup Across the USA
Meth labs, fentanyl production sites, and illegal drug operations leave behind chemical residues that are invisible to the naked eye but dangerous to anyone who enters the property. Standard cleaning products do not neutralize these contaminants, and attempting to clean a former drug lab without certified equipment and training puts lives at risk.
PureOne Services provides fully certified meth lab and drug cleanup across the United States. Our technicians are OSHA-trained and equipped with professional-grade decontamination tools designed specifically for chemical residue removal. We follow strict regulatory protocols from the initial site assessment through to final laboratory clearance.
Whether you are a homeowner, landlord, property manager, or law enforcement contact, PureOne has the expertise and documentation to restore your property to a safe, habitable condition. We handle every stage of the process so you never have to coordinate multiple contractors or navigate complex compliance requirements alone.

Understanding the Contamination That Stays Behind Long After the Lab Is Gone
When a meth lab or drug operation is shut down, the visible equipment is removed but the chemical contamination remains embedded in walls, flooring, ventilation systems, and soft furnishings. Methamphetamine residue, fentanyl particles, and the byproducts of illegal drug production can persist for years without professional intervention, posing serious risks to anyone who enters or occupies the space.
Exposure to these residues causes respiratory damage, skin and eye irritation, neurological effects, and poses acute dangers to children and immunocompromised individuals. Many former drug lab occupants experience symptoms without ever knowing the cause, because contamination at these levels is odorless and completely invisible.
Professional testing is the only way to determine the true extent of contamination. PureOne conducts comprehensive site assessments using certified testing methods to identify every affected surface and system before remediation begins, ensuring nothing is missed and no risk is left behind.

How PureOne Handles Meth Lab Cleanup From Initial Testing to Final Clearance Documentation
PureOne follows a structured, regulation-compliant process that covers every stage of meth lab and drug contamination cleanup. Our approach eliminates guesswork, meets all state and federal requirements, and delivers independently verified results you can present to insurers, buyers, or regulators.
The process begins with a thorough site assessment and certified chemical testing to establish the scope and severity of contamination. Our technicians then implement full containment protocols before beginning hazardous material removal, surface decontamination, and treatment of affected ventilation and structural components. All contaminated materials are disposed of in accordance with hazardous waste regulations.
Once remediation is complete, we conduct independent post-clearance laboratory testing to confirm that residue levels meet or fall below the applicable safety thresholds. You receive a full written remediation report and laboratory clearance certificate, providing the legal and regulatory documentation required for insurance claims, property sales, or compliance with local health department requirements.

PureOne was routed to me via a third party site and I'm so happy they were! Patrick was professional, responsive, and honest in his assessment of my problem. He made me feel comfortable (after I scared myself Googling my problem) and he explained things in a way that I could easily understand. I highly recommend him!Posted on Google![]()

Patrick was incredibly quick to respond to my call, arrived on time with clear communication, was highly professional and personable, and wasn't a pushy salesman in the least. Ultimately the solution to my problem is DIY-able and Patrick gave me all the product and process advice he had and didn't push me to spend a dime with him or his business before attempting to address the issue myself. I paid $0 for an incredible amount of value in information and reassurance from Patrick. I hope I don't need to call him back but you can guarantee I will refer anyone and everyone I can to Patrick with confidence and would certainly call him first if I needed to. This is how you run a customer-care first company. Nice chatting with you Patrick, thanks again!Posted on Google![]()

Can’t speak highly enough about Patrick and his team. I called Patrick on the Tuesday before Memorial Day after the crew demo-ing our bathroom found mold and had to halt our renovation. Patrick came out the next day, even though he was working a half day ahead of the holiday, to come out and evaluate the situation. He was thorough and straight forward with the extent of the problem. We had someone out the very next week and work was completed in a day, exactly as we were told. Communication and scheduling were great, and it was the best possible outcome to be 5 months pregnant and hysterical about finding mold in the only bathroom in your house. Price was also excellent. We had 2 other quotes for the exact same scope of work come in at $2800 ($700 above what we paid) and $5800 (!!). So also a great value. But even had it not been the least expensive, the customer service would have put him leaps and bounds over everyone else and we would have gone with him. Patrick is a retired detective, and you can really see that in his attention to detail going through a project. Although I hope we never have to use his services again, I would recommend him to anyone needing mold remediation.Posted on Google![]()

Patrick came to our house and gave us a wonderful and professional experience. He explained what need to be done and since I had already washed down everthing he gave us some tips for other things. He also took the time out to tell some stories about himself, what a treat. Not many people will take the time to do that. So if you ever need service please call pureone service I highly recommend them. Who knows you might even get a story or two.Posted on Google![]()

Pat Apoaon and his crew does an excellent job. Pat is not hands off and works closely on jobs to make sure it’s done perfect. Highly recommend. He did my crawl space and no issues.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common indicators include strong chemical odors, staining on walls or ceilings, unusual ventilation modifications, discarded chemical containers, and a history of suspicious activity reported by neighbors or previous tenants. The only way to confirm contamination is professional chemical testing. PureOne conducts certified site assessments that identify contamination invisible to the naked eye.
No. Former meth labs and drug production sites contain hazardous chemical residues that can cause immediate harm through skin contact, inhalation, or eye exposure. You should not enter the property without proper personal protective equipment. Contact PureOne immediately so our certified technicians can assess the site safely before any other access occurs.
Meth lab residue commonly includes methamphetamine itself along with precursor chemicals such as pseudoephedrine, acetone, ammonia, lithium, and phosphorus compounds. Fentanyl production sites introduce additional synthetic opioid residues. Many of these substances are toxic at very low concentrations and require professional-grade decontamination to neutralize safely.
No. Chemical residues from drug production do not break down naturally in indoor environments. Without professional remediation, contamination persists indefinitely in walls, flooring, insulation, and HVAC systems. The passage of time does not reduce the health risk to occupants.
Disclosure requirements vary by state, but many states require sellers and landlords to disclose known meth lab activity on a property. Failure to disclose can result in significant legal liability. Professional remediation with certified documentation protects property owners by demonstrating the contamination has been properly addressed and independently verified as resolved.
No. Household cleaning products do not neutralize meth or fentanyl residue, and attempting DIY cleanup without proper equipment and training risks serious chemical exposure. In most states, former drug lab properties must be remediated by a certified contractor and cleared by independent laboratory testing before they can legally be reoccupied or sold.
Most residential meth lab cleanups take between two and five days depending on the size of the property and the severity of contamination. Properties with extensive structural involvement or large-scale drug operations may take longer. PureOne provides a clear scope of work and timeline before starting so you know exactly what to expect.
Coverage depends on your specific policy. Some homeowner and landlord policies cover drug contamination cleanup, particularly when the activity was conducted without the owner's knowledge. PureOne works directly with insurance companies, provides all required documentation, and handles billing on your behalf to maximize the coverage you are entitled to under your policy.
All materials removed during meth lab cleanup, including drywall, flooring, insulation, and soft furnishings, are classified as hazardous waste and disposed of in strict accordance with federal and state hazardous waste regulations. PureOne handles all disposal logistics and provides documentation confirming compliant removal and disposal of every material.
