The team at Pure One are top notch! They respond swiftly, do good work, are very personable and service-oriented. I really appreciated the stellar customer service from each team member I interacted with! And fair prices compared to other providers.

Only reason for 4 stars is the mold hygiene wasn't to my personal standards. No tape over vents/removal/covering of porous items in containments, no plastic/paper on the floor/rugs when walking through the house, things that were exposed in the containments touched things outside of the containments, etc. Many clients may not care but, if you're sensitive to mold/mycotoxins or just want to protect your health at the highest level, that could be a serious issue.

Aside from that, Pure One was great. They worked with my schedule and got the job done efficiently!! Awesome team, good faith efforts, good work.

There was a fire at mother’s house and it needed cleaning as well. Spoke to Todd on a Sunday and his team was out there that following Tuesday. His team Alfredo was amazing and talked me through everything they did and text updates. Todd has been amazing through the whole experience with our insurance as well. I highly highly recommend anyone who needs help in any of the areas that they are able to assist in.

Absolutely do not allow this incompetent company to get anywhere near your house. They may well cause serious damage and then still demand full payment, when they should instead pay for the damage they caused. If past experience is any indicator, they are extremely careless and their work is shoddy. They deserve negative stars.

We had an unexpected and overwhelming clean-up situation and I'm glad I called PureOne. They arrived promptly to give us an estimate, and even gave us multiple estimates incorporating a range of possible services to show us our many options in detail. Chan and his clean-up team were punctual, professional, and efficient. They also understood that this was a stressful situation and put us at ease with friendly interactions, which made a difficult day a lot easier. Overall the PureOne team worked diligently to provide a necessary, significant service within our budget and time constraints. I would recommend them to others, and if we ever need similar services again, they're who we'll call.
